Our Story

Rebel Rebel Agency began in 2018 from Agency Director, Caytlan’s, bedroom. At the time, she was working as a photographer within the industry, constantly searching for faces that felt real, diverse, and reflective of the world around us. When she struggled to find those options, she realised the industry didn’t need another agency, it needed change. So, Rebel Rebel Agency was born: one of Australia’s first agencies to break away from traditional restrictions around height, size, and appearance.

From day one, Rebel Rebel Agency has been driven by a deep passion for redefining what model representation looks like. We’ve built our foundation on inclusivity, authenticity, and the belief that individuality is far more powerful in this industry than anything. As the industry began shifting, we made it our mission to be at the forefront, championing unique talent and creating space for models who had previously been overlooked.

Today, we continue to lead with a holistic approach to model management and development. Our work goes far beyond bookings; we offer personalised 1:1 support, guidance, and mentorship, ensuring every model feels nurtured as they grow within the fashion industry. Education and empowerment sit at the heart of everything we do, from helping models understand how the industry works to supporting them in building confidence, resilience, and longevity in their careers.

Over the years, our talent has been trusted by some of Australia’s most notable brands, including Universal Store, City Beach, Culture Kings, Footlocker, Platypus, BONDS, and MCoBeauty. These partnerships reflect not only the strength of our models, but also the impact that authentic representation can have when it’s approached with intention.
